QUICK BUTTERMILK BISCUITS | |
1/3 cup melted butter 1/4 cup buttermilk 1 cup self-rising flour Dash salt Preheat oven to 425°F to 450°F. Mix all ingredients with a fork. Using a serving spoon, scoop out about a 1/2 spoon full of dough and shape into biscuits by hand and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until light brown.
