“JUICY CROCK-POT TURKEY BREAST” IS IN:

JUICY CROCK-POT TURKEY BREAST 
1 (6-7 lb.) turkey breast (with skin on)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Rinse turkey breast under water; pat dry with paper towel. Lightly rub with olive oil.

In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, thyme leaves, pepper, and onion soup mix. Rub all over breast and beneath skin. Place in Crock-Pot and cover; cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Reduce heat to LOW and continue cooking for 5-6 hours.

Serves 6.
