BEST TURKEY CHILI 
2 lb. ground turkey
3 cloves garlic
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes (Hunts)
1 (15 oz.) can light red kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans
1 (46 oz.) bottle V8 vegetable juice*
1 1/2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
1 (20 oz.) bottle Dr. Pepper
1/2 medium red onion, diced
1/2 medium white onion, diced
1 env. dry French onion soup mix (Lipton)
1 env. chili seasoning
1/2 red and green bell pepper, diced
shredded cheddar cheese (your choice)

Note: For better flavor use 1/2 bottle Hot 'n Spicy and 1/2 bottle Low Sodium.

Fill Crock-Pot with V-8, beans, tomatoes, garlic, onion soup mix, pepperoni, Dr. Pepper and chili seasoning.

Cook turkey, onions and mushrooms in skillet until brown.

Add meat/onion mixture to Crock-Pot, stir.

Add peppers and pepperoni, stir again.

Cook on HIGH for approximately 2 hours, then switch to LOW for approximately 4 hours.

Refrigerate overnight.

Reheat the next day and garnish with cheese. Enjoy!
