CITRUS BLUE CHEESE SALAD 
4 c. torn Boston lettuce
2 c. watercress (or part cilantro)
Grapefruit dressing
1 1/2 c. grapefruit sections, drained
2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
1 avocado, peeled and chopped

Combine greens in a large bowl. Add 1/4 cup dressing, tossing well. Divide lettuce mixture evenly among 6 salad plates; top each with grapefruit and avocado; sprinkle with blue cheese. About 60 calories per serving.

Can marinate avocado in dressing and mix all together with greens and grapefruit. Serve on leaf of red lettuce.

GRAPEFRUIT DRESSING:

1/2 c. unsweetened grapefruit juice
1/4 c. water
1 env. (0.8 oz.) env. Italian salad dressing mix
1 tbsp. oil

Mix; shake, chill.
