1 pkg. frozen hash browns 2 sticks butter 1 pt. sour cream 1 cream of chicken soup 1/3 c. minced onion 1 (10 oz.) Cheddar cheese (grated) 4 c. corn flakes Spread hash browns in 9x13 pan. Melt 1 stick butter and spread over potatoes. Mix cheese, soup, sour cream, onion and spread over potatoes. Crush corn flakes and mix with second butter (melted). Top potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. |
