EASY COMPANY POTATOES 
2 lb. OreIda frozen country potatoes
1/2 can milk
2 cans Campbell's cream of potato soup
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lg. carton sour cream
Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)

Heat soups and milk together until smooth and pourable. Mix with all other ingredients until well blended, except Parmesan cheese. Pour into large deep casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Serves 8-10.
