BOURBON CHESS PIE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. plain flour
3 eggs
1/4 c. bourbon
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie crust

Cream butter with sugar and flour until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add liquids and flavoring and pour into crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set. Pie settles after removal from oven.

Please note: The alcohol burns off in the heating, only the flavor is left.

Truely amazing! It's been requested a few times now. Only issue is the top never sets smooth, its always kinda flakey and puffy, but other than that it's amazing
