BROCCOLI BREAD | |
2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 (10 oz.) pkg. froze chopped broccoli, thawed and drained 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 2 sticks butter, melted 4 eggs, beaten Mix corn muffin mix, broccoli, cottage cheese, onion, and salt. Add butter and mix well, then add beaten eggs. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans or one 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. |
