RAISIN M-M-M-MUMBLES 
2 1/2 c. seedless raisins (Del Monte)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. soft butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. rolled oats

Cook raisins, sugar, cornstarch, water and lemon juice, stirring constantly over low heat until thickened about 5 minutes. Cool. Mix butter with brown sugar, add flour, salt, soda then oats. Press half mixture in greased pan 13x9x2. Spread on raisin filling. Pat on remaining crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Cut into bars.
