2 boxes Jiffy corn bread muffin mix
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) box chopped frozen broccoli
1 stick butter
4 eggs

OPTIONAL:

3-4 Jalapeno peppers, chopped fine

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 9 x 13 inch glass dish.
