BROCCOLI BREAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh, cooked (may use microwave)
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. cottage cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. salt (may be omitted)
1 sm. pkg. Martha White cornmeal mix

I have used less eggs before and it is just as good.

Mix well. Pour into 8-inch round pan or 11 x 6 1/2 inch square well-greased pan and bake 25-30 minutes on 400 degrees.

This bread is delicious served with meals or cut into tiny pieces and serve as hors d'oeuvres. I usually make this ahead and freeze individual pieces on a cookie sheet. Package frozen bread in storage bags and use as needed. Saves time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
