QUICK PASTA DINNER 
1 lb. pasta
Lots of fresh garlic
Tomatoes (1 to 2 per serving size desired)
Your favorite vegetable (broccoli, peppers, squash, etc.)
Italian seasonings
Red pepper ground dry
Olive oil (1/2 tsp. per serving size)
Salt to taste

Cook chopped garlic in oil until lightly brown. Add chopped tomatoes, chopped vegetables. Season with generous pinch of spices. Add some water if sauce is too dry. Cook pasta in large pot of water until desired doneness. Serve sauce over pasta and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
