QUICK SALMON DINNER | |
1 (10 oz.) can undiluted cream of celery soup 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas 1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen French fried 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained, boned, and flaked Combine and heat soup, milk, and seasonings. Stir in mushrooms and peas. Spread half of frozen French fries and half of salmon over bottom of shallow 2-quart baking dish (11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inches). Cover with half of sauce. Top with remaining salmon, potatoes, and sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly heated through. Yield: 4 servings. |
