JELL-O PIE 
I:

Pour one large can evaporated milk into a metal mixing bowl; place in freezer 1 hour.

II PIE CRUSTS:

2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick softened butter

Make crust and bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool.

III PIE FILLING:

1 c. pineapple juice
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. cherry Jell-O (or any flavor)

Mix together and bring to a boil while stirring; let cool.

IV:

Whip evaporated milk until peaks form; stir in Jell-O Filling. Pour into crusts and freeze.
