MANDARIN ORANGE JELL-O 
6 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. tapioca pudding mix
2 to 3 cans Mandarin oranges
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Add the Jell-O and puddings to boiling water. Boil 3 minutes. Cool. Add oranges and Cool Whip. Chill.

You can substitute strawberry Jell-O and strawberries in place of the orange Jell-O and oranges or other Jell-O and fruit.
