POPPIN FRESH BARBECUPS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. barbeque sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 large cans baking powder biscuits
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef, add next 3 ingredients. Place one biscuit in a muffin cup, spread dough to fill out cup. Spoon beef into cups, top with cheese. Bake 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
