TEXAS SHEET CAKE BROWNIES 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 sticks (1 c.) butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Boil butter, cocoa and water in saucepan. Mix flour, sugar and baking soda in a separate bowl. Add cocoa mixture to dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients. Pour into large cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F 20 to 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 (1 lb.) bag powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts

Boil butter, cocoa and milk. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Frost immediately after removing from oven.
