PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
Cake:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
16 oz. crushed pineapple

Mix ingredients well. Pour into large baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until done. Ice and sprinkle with choice of nuts.

Icing:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter
powdered sugar
nuts of choice (optional)

Mix. Use enough powdered sugar to thicken until able to spread on cake.
