ROASTED GARLIC WITH SHRIMP AND SPAGHETTI | |
2 tbsp. olive oil 3 minced garlic cloves 3 cups Prego roasted garlic and herb pasta sauce 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed 1 (10 oz pkg) garlic bread 16 oz spaghetti 1 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs Preheat oven as directed for garlic bread. In a large pot over medium heat, heat oil, add garlic. Cook until golden. Stir sauce and red pepper into pot, bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium, add shrimp. Bake bread as directed. Cook spaghetti as directed, drain. Toss spaghetti with shrimp and sauce, serve with garlic bread. Submitted by: Sherry Monfils |
