1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic, finely minced
1 tsp. oregano
Several thin slices lemon, seeded

Add oil to lemon juice gradually, while mixing vigorously. Add other ingredients and blend thoroughly. Use to marinade and baste charcoal grilled chicken, fish, lamb and veal.
