LEMON HERB MARINADE 
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. crushed dried rosemary
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool. When cool, add meat of your choice, mixing well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight, mixing occasionally. Drain marinade. Cook meat to desired doneness, basting occasionally with marinade.
