BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli
5-6 strips bacon, cut sm. and fried crisp
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 red or yellow onion, chop fine
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Cut broccoli flowers; mix with bacon, pineapple, onion and seeds. Blend mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Add to broccoli. Toss and serve.
