CHICKEN CORDON BLUE 
1/4 lb. sliced boiled ham
Boneless chicken breast
Mozzarella cheese
Seasoned bread crumbs (Progresso Italian crumbs)
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 stick butter
2 c. hot water

Cook until hot.

Pound chicken with wood hammer. Lay chicken breast flat after pounding; put cheese and ham on top. Roll breast and dip in beaten egg; roll in bread crumbs. Brown in butter and put in baking dish. Pour chicken bouillon mixture over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
