1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
5 tbsp. butter
1 c. crushed, boiled, sweet potato
1/2 c. milk
Cinnamon

Combine all but milk and potatoes and mix until crumbly. Stir in crushed potatoes and milk. Spoon batter onto a sheet. Bake in a quick oven. Split and serve with honey and butter. Makes approximately 1 dozen.
