MOTHER'S SWEET BISCUIT COOKIES 
5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream

Cream together sugar and sour cream. Beat until fluffy. Add vanilla; beat. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Combine flour, baking powder and soda. Add to sour cream mixture, 1 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.

Form dough into a ball and wrap with clear plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Roll dough out on floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 400 degrees for 3-5 minutes, or until done. Cookies should be crisp and light, but not browned.
