4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
4 tsp. Crisco
5 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Work flour in mixture until all flour is worked up. Make into little balls in your hand about the size of egg. Mash down on top. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes.
