BROCCOLI WITH LEMON-MUSTARD
SAUCE
 
1 bunch fresh broccoli, florets only (4 c.)
1 c. fresh lemon juice, 4 lemons
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tsp. salt

In covered vegetable steamer basket over boiling water, steam broccoli 2-3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Combine lemon juice with mustard and salt.; warm over low heat. Pour over broccoli and serve.
