BROCCOLI WITH MUSTARD SAUCE 
1/4 c. real mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/3 c. croutons
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked, drained

In 1 quart saucepan, mix mayonnaise, milk, mustard, horseradish and parsley. Stirring constantly, cook over low heat just until heated. Sprinkle croutons over broccoli, top with mustard sauce.
