BROCCOLI WITH ORANGE SAUCE 
1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into spears
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. fresh orange juice, divided
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. freshly grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
Unsalted chopped cashews (optional)

4 servings. Steam broccoli until just tender and place in warmed serving dish. In small saucepan, melt butter over moderate heat. Blend in cornstarch and 1/2 cup orange juice, stirring until smooth. Mix in remaining 1/2 cup orange juice, parsley, orange peel, thyme, mustard and lemon pepper. Cook over moderate heat, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens. Pour over broccoli and sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
