BROCCOLI WITH ORANGE SAUCE 
1 lb. fresh broccoli cut into spears
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. fresh orange juice divided
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. freshly grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
Unsalted chopped cashews, optional

Steam broccoli until just tender and place in warmed serving dish. In small saucepan melt butter over moderate heat. Blend in cornstarch and 1/2 cup orange juice, stirring until smooth. Mix in remaining 1/2 cup orange juice, parsley, orange peel, thyme, mustard and lemon pepper. Cook over moderate heat, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens. Pour over broccoli and sprinkle with nuts, if desired.

An easy to prepare dish which will add a colorful note to poultry, lamb or game dishes.
