HUCKLEBERRY JAM 
1 qt. huckleberries
5 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. water

Mix in large kettle. Bring to boil hard 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 packet Certo and stir 3 to 4 minutes. Pour in jars. Seal or cover with paraffin.
