HUCKLEBERRY JELLY 
4 c. huckleberry juice
1 pkg. (3 1/4 oz.) dry pectin
5 1/2 c. sugar

Combine berry juice and pectin. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add sugar, mix well. Boil at a full rolling boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and skim. Pour into glasses. Seal with paraffin.
