EASY SHOYU CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. shoyu
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. brown sugar
Garlic & ginger to taste
2 lbs. chicken

Cook in pot for 1 minute the first 5 ingredients, then add chicken and cook until chicken is done. Serve with rice. Mama raised her own chickens so we had this dish every Sunday.
