SALMON LOAF 
1 can undrained salmon
1 egg, beaten
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. cracker crumbs (I use oatmeal sometimes)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion

Mix and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes before cutting. Refrigerate leftovers and heat in foil to serve. Don't pick out bones in salmon. Crush them and leave in. They're good for you. I use Libby's salmon bought at Wal Mart.
