SHOYU CHICKEN 
6 to 8 chicken thighs
14 sm. drummettes

SAUCE:

2/3 c. shoyu (soy sauce, low sodium)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sherry
Chopped green onions

Combine sauce ingredients. Heat to dissolve sugar in large, covered pan. Add chicken pieces. Bring to a boil.

Turn down heat and simmer 45 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over after 15 to 20 minutes. Add chopped green onions to chicken just before serving. 6 to 8 servings.
