SHOYU FRIED CHICKEN | |
3 to 5 lb. chicken thighs 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 c. cornstarch 1/4 c. mochiko (sweet rice flour) 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. shoyu (soy sauce) 2 eggs, beaten 2 tbsp. green onion, chopped fine 1 sm. clove garlic, chopped fine 2 tsp. sesame seeds Remove bones from thighs. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours or as long as overnight. Fry or bake in 350 degree over 1 hour or until brown. |
