EASY SHOYU CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lb. chicken wings
1 tsp. crushed fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. shoyu
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. five-spice
3 1/2 tbsp. sugar

Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Add chicken wings and simmer for 35 minutes.
