TENDER & JUICY SPICED CHICKEN WINGS | |
8 to 10 fresh whole chicken wings, cut at joint, tips discarded 1/2 cup olive oil McCormick spices (Grill Mates): hamburger spice roasted garlic & herb Chipotle & roasted garlic bacon Chipotle (optional) Other spices: Camp Mix Original seasoning onion powder Preheat oven to 350°F (I use the NuWave oven; no preheating necessary). In a large metallic bowl, place olive oil then wings; use basting brush to coat wings evenly with the oil. Place wings, topside down, in baking dish. Lightly sprinkle all spices evenly on all wings. Bake at 350°F for about 10 to 12 minutes. Turn wings over, skin-side up, lightly sprinkle again with all spices. Bake for another 8 to 9 minutes. Let cool slightly just before serving.
