HUCKLEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. orange peel
2 c. huckleberries

Sift flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add milk alternately with the flour mixture. Mix well. Add the vanilla and orange peel. Fold in the berries. Pour into a 9x13x2 inch greased and floured pan.

Mix well 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in 1/2 cup butter. Sprinkle over the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
