I too have been making this for year! My mom made it when I was a kid and she too found it on the back of the Eagle brand can. I Have since modified a version to include peanut butter on a chocolate crust with Reese's cups crumbled in the bottom before I put the filling in the crust and again on the top. It's the new fav at my house so now I'm making 2 every Holiday! just wanted to share...p.s. I too use 2 pkg. of cream cheese with not quite a whole can of milk so it sets up much better and not too runny.

Thanks for this recipe. I made it a while ago and lost the recipe. I do not eat cheesecake but my husband is in love with anything cheese. When I tried it I fell in love with this cheesecake.

This has been a favorite for many many years, but lost the recipe and was not quite sure about amount of lemon juice. Thank you very much for having it on your site. I could not find it on the can as before. This will be one of our Easter desserts.

This is a great recipe. I have made this recipe for years with just a little change in it. Instead of one 8 oz. package of cream cheese, I use two. Works just as well and my family likes it a little better this way.

I have been making this recipe for 30 yrs (since a kid in Australia). Love it. Have evolved the recipe over the yrs and now fold in a small carton of whipped cream to make it more fluffy and a tsp of gelatin melted in a little hot water to make it set. Yum yum.

This is my dad's all-time favorite recipe, but I'd long-lost the recipe. Well while I was at the store today trying to think of what on earth else to get him for Christmas, I remembered The No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake. I grabbed the ingredients, hoping my memory hadn't failed me. Then after a quick search after I returned home, lo and behold! Here is the recipe, and I got everything I need for the pie :). Thank you so much, Christina, for posting this. You are a lifesaver!

My husband loves this cheesecake and I just finished making him one for Valentine's Day! It was originally on the Eagle Brand can but I haven't seen it in a long time so thanks for including it here.
