RHUBARB NUT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
dash of cinnamon

Mix the 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, oil, egg, vanilla and sour milk. Add the flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Fold in the rhubarb and nuts. Pour into 2 greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans. Sprinkle on 1/2 cup brown sugar mixed with the cinnamon for topping.

Bake 1 hour at 325°F.
