CRUNCHY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can green beans
1 can yellow beans
1 can carrots
2 sm. cans mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz. pkg shredded cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions for topping

Drain vegetables. Heat cheese and soup together. Combine this with vegetables in large casserole dish.

Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Put onions on top. Cook 5 minutes or till slightly browned.
