CARAMEL POPCORN 
2 sticks butter
2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
5 qt. popcorn

Boil butter, syrup, sugar and salt in pan on stove for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from stove add in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Mix well. Put popcorn in large pan then pour caramel mixture over it. Stir fast and good. BE CAREFUL-caramel is HOT! Bake at 250 degrees on cookie sheet 1 hour. Stir and mix every 15 minutes.
