CARAMEL CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. (14 oz.) Kraft caramel
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine cake mix, 1/3 cup milk and butter. Put 1/2 of the mixture in pan. Bake 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt caramels over low heat and stir in 1/3 cup milk. Spread over cake mixture. Pour chocolate chips over caramels and put remaining cake mixture over all. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Put in refrigerator before cutting. Makes 24 brownies.
