GINGER & CHEESE MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sweet milk
Salt
1/4 c. shortening, melted
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 egg
1/2 c. molasses
2/3 c. cheese

Mix all together. Stir slightly. Bake in muffin tins in hot oven for 18 minutes.
