CINNAMON (OR GINGER) MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon OR
1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. bran
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. honey
1 tbsp. molasses
1 1/2 oz. raisins

Leave out for ginger muffins.
