EASY HAMBURGER HASH BROWN QUICHE 
1 lb. pkg. thawed hash browns
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9-inch pie pan. Bake 30-35 minutes.

Press thawed hash browns in pan and brush with butter. Bake 10 minutes. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Combine milk, eggs, cornstarch; stir into meat. Add cubed cheese. Season with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into hash brown crust and bake.
