CHICKEN CREPES 
(If you do not have a crepe maker - get one - crepes are fun and easy to make!)

BASIC CREPE:

1 1/4 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter

Place all ingredients in blender or mixer and beat very well. Let batter stand for 1 hour at room temperature for more perfect crepes.

FILLING:

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. celery
1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drain
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sherry
1/4 c. toasted almonds
