CHICKEN CREPES 
CREPES:

1 1/4 c. flour
Pinch salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Place all ingredients in blender and beat well. Let batter stand 1 hour for more perfect crepes.

For Dessert: 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon lemon, rum, brandy extract.

CHICKEN FILLING:

2-3 c. chopped cooked chicken
Sliced 8 oz. mushrooms
Sliced green onions, to taste
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. evaporated milk, optional
