SAUTEED STRING BEANS 
Fresh green beans
Olive oil
3 cloves garlic
Parmesan cheese
Seasoned bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
MSG (if desired)

Snip string beans and cut the longer ones in half. Steam until al dente (not quite cooked). Add enough olive oil to frying pan to cover the bottom, about 1/8 inch. Add 3 cloves garlic, chopped, to olive oil and brown. Take care not to burn the garlic. Add string beans and stir until all the beans are coated with oil. Shake Parmesan cheese on the beans, add seasoned bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and MSG (if desired). Stir well and serve.
